Rental Plans: After you join SilverScreenArchive and pay for your chosen plan, you may put up to 300 titles in your rental list. We then ship you the requested titles and, to the best of our ability, ship according to your listed priority. Once you receive and enjoy the Disc, mail it back to us in the provided pre-paid envelope via the U.S. postal service. You can keep them as long as you want and return them in any order you want. When we receive one Disc we will send you the next available title in your rental list. To make the most of your experience with SilverScreenArchive, we recommend that you keep at least 30 titles in your rental list. Your monthly billing cycle starts the day we charge your card and will recur monthly on that same date.
General Program Information
Help Ideas: You can go to My Account to see your rental plan, your account cycle, update your particulars like email, password, cc info, address. You can see your current rentals, your rental history, and your Billing history. Termination of plan: You can terminate your service agreement at any time by going to the My Account page and clicking on the 'cancel Membership'. You will lose the rest of the month's subscription (fees paid till the next anniversary date) and you have to send all outstanding Discs back to us right away. We will give you 7 days from the time of cancellation for the Discs to reach us. After that time the retail value of the Disc will be charged on your Credit card. You will also lose all your accrued bonus, if any, at this time. Rejoining of services: If you terminated your rental service earlier, you can and may rejoin again at a later time. Most of all your info would be there, including your rental list. You would be required to contact one of our support specialists and they would be able to activiate your account. Rental List: You can enter up to 300 items in your rental list and prioritize them as you wish. SilverScreenArchive will post you Disc according to your priority and the availability of those Discs. Some of the Discs would be very popular and very much in demand, they would be highly allocated. Therefore, it may be a good idea to have a long list. Mailing Problems: If there is any problem with a Disc that we mailed to you - lost, damaged, etc., please notify us. We will take necessary action to send you the next Disc from your rental list. Emails: We give you the option of receiving notification emails from us. Once you are a active member of SilverScreenArchive, you can subscribe email notification for New Arrivals, Coming Soon, Rental Confirmation, Less Films in Rental List Alert, Promotional Mails, News, and other Special Offers. This way we let you know what has happened and what new things you might expect from us.
